My colleague Marc started an initiative: One line of Service Design.

<a>one-line-of-service-design"</a>

We find, here in Holland, that it's still hard to explane what Service Design is and what the benefits are. So every initiative to come up with a better understanding of the work-field is great.

Of course we love to hear from you what your 'One line of Service Design' is. We'll put all input on our wall end update the photo's daily.

Regards, Marcel
